How to use it properly:
3.1. Semi-automatic whisk: mixing head pressed against the bottom of the bowl, press vertically, high-speed rotation, rebound and then press down, repeat the operation.
3.2. Manual whisk: Hand-held mixer, stir clockwise, so that the egg mixture is uniform.
3.3. Yolk separator:

Special Reminder:
You have to shake it horizontally to separate it quickly, the egg mixture is sticky and slow to separate when it is simply sitting!
