Fine Option Blade, Medium Option Blade, Course Option Blade & Safety Guard

1.Straight Blade: Use this blade to slice the vegetables flat.
2.Thickness Adjuster: You can easily adjust the thickness of the slice with one hand. Pull the lever toward you for a thicker slice or closer to the blade for a thinner slice.
3.Option Blade Replace Knob: Tighten or loosen this knob to attach or detach the option blade. To replace the option blade, insert the tip of the blade into the groove on the back of the main unit, and tighten the option blade replacement knob to secure it.
4.Handle: Always hold it here when using it.
5.Straight Blade Replace Screw: This screw is used to attach and remove the straight blade. If it becomes difficult to cut vegetables, loosen this screw and remove the straight blade. Be very careful when removing or sharpening the blade.

Slice slowly so as not to hurt your fingers.
1.Normally: Stand the unit upright at an angle so that it does not move, hold the handle firmly, and slowly push out the vegetables that have been previously cut to a size that is easy to slice from the front toward the blade.
2.Small / Thin Vegetable: For thin or smaller vegetables, you can slice the vegetables along the right edge.

To move the Board up and down, loosen the Knob and move it back and forth while holding the Slider with your left hand. Once the height is set, tighten the Knob firmly.
How to add/remove option blade: To replace the Option blade, insert the notch first in line with the groove on the back side of the unit, press down firmly so that the Option blade does not float, and then tighten the Knob to secure it.
